In this episode, hosts Alan and Walt welcome returning guest, Tim Andrews, host of the podcast Radio Labyrinth and a voice on The Von Haessler Doctrine radio show. Since we've spent time with Tim before, we didn't start at the beginning of his radio career. Instead, we decided to look at the start of his path toward parenthood. At age 50, Tim is about to become a first-time dad! Much of the interview becomes a discussion on parenting. Alan is already an empty-nester and Walt is not far behind. They discuss the difference of the times and caution raising a child only with an iPad. It's great to embrace technology, but we all live in the real world. It is important for all parents to make sure their kids learn to exist there and not just the virtual one.
After Tim leaves, Walt begins his movie review in a world of artic sharks. Not surprisingly, it's another bad movie for him, though not as bad as the last few have been. After that, Alan and Walt share a few wacky news items before jumping into the entertainment segment.

Walt highly recommended the stand-up comedy special on Netflix called, Why Would You Do That? by Sebastian Maniscalco. He said it was really funny and hoped the comedian would tour the area soon. Walt also suggests, This is a Robbery. The Netflix documentary is about the largest art heist in history. Alan continues to give Falcon and the Winter Soldier positive reviews. He also stumbled across a documentary on YouTube called, Star Trek 2: The Wrath of Khan - Interviews. It is a behind the scenes look at some of the scenes in the film and great interviews with the cast. Alan said he had never seen any of it before and is a must-watch for any classic Trek fans. Tim recommends binging Snowfall on FX. He is also enjoying the animated superhero show on Amazon Prime called, Invincible. Tim did enjoy the Zack Snyder cut of Justice League, saying it was a superior film to the original release. Finally, Tim is also watching the comedy, Ireland, on Amazon Prime.

In this episode, hosts Alan Sanders and Walt Murray spend time with Micha Muzio, an auto enthusiast, videographer and star of his own YouTube channel. Micah actually started his video work when joining Kelley Blue Book. He also wanted to learn how to fly helicopters and making the career shift afforded him that option. As he become more of a personality in his videos for Kelley Blue Book, he was also becoming a proficient pilot. When the pandemic hit, Micah found himself in a unique position to get footage of abandoned streetscapes and landmarks. Posting those videos made his YouTube channel explode. He still loves shooting video and hopes to continue to keep it within the family. He plans to keep making aerial videos and post them online for his followers to see.
After the interview, Walt dives into another review of a listener selected "bad" movie. This one may have made Walt hit rock-bottom! Then Alan and Walt exchange some crazy news stories from the week. In this episode, hosts Alan and Walt chat with photographer and podcaster, Curtis Bloes about his career and hobby. Although stumbling across photography by accident, Curtis admits, he didn't really have a knack for it. The work was difficult, but he loves what he does. He has learned from others along the way. Though specializing in boudoir sessions, Curtis does other photography as well. He is also quick to help others who are wanting to learn.
As a side hobby, Curtis Bloes has always seemed ready for the world of podcasting. He takes us through his earliest versions, putting out shows on cassette before burning CDs and now online. Curtis is also a part of the Movies-by-Minutes podcasters, who love to break down a movie, one minute of the film at a time. He has worked on many shows and is currently working on The Time Bandit Minute for a 2022 release.
As the interview winds down, we move to the movie our Listeners Group on Facebook chose for Walt to review. In yet another new low, even Walt was in the depths of despair over this week's selection. Then they discussed a few crazy news items before wrapping up with the entertainment segment.

He loves them and has been streaming their discography over the last week. By the way, the Daily Doug is hosted by Doug Helvering, who will be a guest in the Listeners Lounge soon. In this episode, hosts Alan Sanders and Walt Murray sit down with Tom Shinall, the Business Development Manager for the new Savoy Automobile Museum. The museum is slated to open in Fall of 2021 and will be a world class automotive museum. Tom Shinall talks with us extensively about the research they did first. Many car museums are someone's collection. After seeing it a few times, there isn't anything new. Savoy will plan to have rotating galleries to always have fresh and new themed exhibits. But, that is just on the inside. The car culture is so pervasive, there are tens of thousands of car clubs. The grounds of Savoy can hold up to 1000 vehicles for massive car shows to take place outside. The museum is under the same management group that owns the Booth Western Art Museum and Tellus Science Museum. Both are Smithsonian affiliates and are world class museums themselves. As we wind down our museum discussion, we talk about our first cars and what car we would like to own today if money were no object. Alan then throws in a curve about favorite Hollywood car each would like to own. The hosts then get Tom to go through some of his background and how he went from a broadcast journalism degree to business development manager for a new museum.
The show then moves onto a horrible movie Walt was forced to watch and review. Afterwards, they each bring out a pair of crazy news stories to share with the audience. The show then winds down with the entertainment segment.
WATCHING Walt found the Tubi App and then watched the documentary series, The Fighting Season. It's a show from Rick Schroeder, documenting our fighting troops in the Middle East. Alan is closing in on the end of season one of classic Star Trek. The two episodes he most liked in the last week were Space Seed, with Ricardo Montalban, and Errand of Mercy, with John Colicos.

In this episode, hosts Alan Sanders and Walt Murray get a chance to talk with long-time Atlanta Falcon, Tyso Claybo, about his career and retirement from the NFL. The conversation starts with Tyson Clabo's college years and the let down of not being picked in the NFL draft after graduation. He took a lot of trips to visit with teams, so he felt upbeat for awhile. When things were not falling into place, he began to question his abilities.
He found himself in Europe for a bit, going from Barcelona, Spain to Hamburg, Germany. In the middle of playing in Europe, he was called back to the states. Even then, he was not able to get on an active roster until a meeting with the Atlanta Falcons. Though he was recovering from an injury at that time, the Falcons said they wanted to see him again. He didn't believe them, figuring the injury had killed his chances.
However, true to their word, Atlanta brought him on and he played from 2005-2013. His NFL career then took two brief stints in Miami and Houston before he retired in 2014. The interview wraps with a discussion of how Tyson and his wife adopted their children. The overall message discussed is to work with local representatives to make the process and cost of adoption easier for loving couples who want to raise those children as their own.
After the interview, Walt goes through what may be the worst movie he has reviewed thus far in season four. The hosts then turned to their crazy news segment and finish with their entertainment segment.

Finally, he is embarking on WandaVision. Alan only had time to watch the first episode of Falcon and the Winter Soldier and loved it. He mocked those who criticize the pace, saying it was only the first episode and to let the story develop.
READING Walt is still making his way through, "Running with the Devil," and hopes to finish it shortly. Alan hasn't gotten the book yet, but he plans to get, "Trumpography: How Biblical Principles Paved the Way to the Presidency," by photographer Gene Ho. The reason for wanting to get the book is a mutual friend of Alan's put them in touch and he will likely be an upcoming guest on the podcast.
LISTENING Walt finished up the podcast limited series, Gangster House. He thought it was a well produced and enjoyable story about an FBI Top 10 Most Wanted, whose girlfriend just so happened to live close to Walt's family when he was growing up. In this episode, Alan and Walt sit down with former Alabama football player, Navy Seal, Actor, body guard and now businessman, Mike White. The conversation opens with a discussion of how Mike was recruited to play for the University of Alabama. During college, he never thought about a career in the military. He admits the irony in being an English major in school, more interested in Chaucer than anything more concrete. But, Mike believes in effective communication and a robust vocabulary. A chance look at a magazine is what sent him to the US Navy, where he became a Navy Seal. Some time is spent discussing the intense training and teamwork to make the Seal team. After serving his time, Mike White started to get into acting. His physical size and abilities got him roles on several television shows and films. After four years, he had the chance to perform security for Bill and Melinda Gates. After that, he became head of security for Bruce Springsteen for a year. Mike recounts one particular story about how the "Boss" nearly got pulled out of a van on the way to the airport. We end the interview segment with where Mike White is today. Catching the ear and mind of radio host Eric von Haessler got her on when he was with The Regular Guys show. After that show fell apart, Eric began to reinvent himself. He invited trusted talents to join him for a daily podcast show from his home. Years of plugging away led to a return gig on WSB Radio in Atlanta. Autumn, on the cusp of a degree and an IT career, took the leap of faith to be part of it. Years later, they are the number one rated morning show in Atlanta from 9AM-12PM. Along with her history, Alan, Walt and Autumn talk about the very real danger of cancel culture. It's a serious discussion, handled in a humorous way. Autumn Fischer sticks around though the rest of the show as we move into our terrible movie review. We follow that with four ridiculous news items. The show ends with an entertainment discussion over what each are watching, reading and listening to.

As fate would have it, she got a job in radio on a small conservative talk station in Jackson, Michigan. That role led to another role back in Detroit. Before she knew it, her husband was transferred to Atlanta and she found another radio job in that market. That role led to some fill-in news and supplemental roles on stations in the Atlanta metro. This got the attention of some of the leadership with WSB and Veronica Harrell was brought in to be a part-time news person. That's when Doug Turnbull of the WSB traffic center asked if she wanted to learn traffic reporting. She made the move and is currently heard six days a week giving traffic reports to the Atlanta listening audience. Veronica also likes using social media to put out messages of positivity. She likes being upbeat, not just for herself, but also for her daughter in college.

It's channel 715 on the app and has a great rotation of rock songs from the 60's through the 90's. He also started a new podcast with his wife called, "The Marriage Fit Podcast."
