This podcast I met with Jenny Rose Love, literally from the other side of the globe in Iceland where the volcanos are active and light only shines a few hours a day. Jenny comes from a lineage of Celtic witches and took me into a portal of ancient womb magic, connection to the Earthly elements and the medicine of the dark.

Elisa Caro is a sacred sexuality practitioner. She works in the subtle realms and also on the more physical planes, weaving tantra and somatic practices. Elisa is a sensual goddess who guides others to activate their most sacred and intimate parts of their being.  

In this Podcast, myself and Elisa speak about the qualities of the soul and how to work with life's current. We explore what the ‘current’ actually is-  how can we work with it and give it direction.

In this podcast with Freya Vajra we dive into juicy and edgy topics around pleasure, trauma, and somatic body work. 

Both Freya and Natalia coming from a mental health background with roots in psychology and trauma-informed practice. We spoke about the many paths to healing, the complex relationship with our body, mental health and emotions. Bringing in the current models and structures that are available to us as we start to notice the merging of modalities, teachings and practices- the marriage of science and spirituality.
