An impromptu video as I reflect on 4 decades around the Sun in this lifetime at this time and space.

Today I feel a genuine sense of CONTENTMENT.

So over the last month I've been reflecting on what it means to be CONTENT, and I've come up with 10 things:

1 - Being content doesn’t mean you don’t have desires or goals, doesn’t mean there’s nothing you want to achieve

2 - Being content doesn’t mean you settle for less, but you also acknowledge the level of abundance you’re in

3 - Being content doesn’t mean you’re “happy” and “joyful” all the time

4 - Being content means you prioritize your peace over being right or over your worries

5 - Being content doesn’t mean there’s nothing else to learn or experience

6 - Being content MAY only be possible once you’ve lived a lot or had a life full of experiences, but it doesn’t have to be that way

7 - Being content means you appreciate the “small big” “ordinary extraordinary” things in life

8 - Being content may mean you have no regrets and even if you do you are working on it but from a place of wholeness and love

9 - Being content means if today was your last day on Earth you would just be right where you are.

10 - Being content also brings a high level of detachment and trust
