There's this concept I speak of called 'The Window of Hindsight', it's where we can see about a certain event or time in our lives that we can now view as the observer. From this view we can grow, as long as we don't self berate or re-engage in the thought thread, still fighting for our position.  I go into a beautiful insightful narrative in this episode,  I'm sure many will relate.
