Today I had the privilege of interviewing the owner of InMynd Coaching Kevin Young. Surprisingly, we didn't talk much about Kevins coaching practice - we ended up talking about our shameful pasts and how it has limited us in the present.

Kevin discusses the importance of meditation (or whatever ritual is right for you), being self aware of how your past and beliefs are affecting your present. Todays society on drugs and mental health are critical topics so we shared our insights on that.

Ex Ipswich footballer and manager Jim Magilton tells me all about his career. He speaks about the importance of mindset when you want to reach the top and how competitive it is to get there.
