Mark Carpenter is a serial storyteller. Telling stories since childhood, Mark leveraged his ability into a career in marketing communications and public relations and later as a college professor and corporate facilitator. His storytelling became even more purposeful and effective after researching and writing the best-selling book “Master Storytelling: How to Turn Your Experiences Into Stories that Teach, Lead, and Inspire.” Now, as a facilitator, consultant, and speaker, he teaches others what he learned in the process.

Coach Bruce Brockbank is currently serving his 30th year as the Mens Golf head coach at BYU. With his Master's degree in recreation management, Bruce considers it a privilege to have played collegiate golf at BYU and then transition to coaching the game he loves so much. With 58 tournament wins in 29 seasons, 54 All-Conference Players, 25 NCAA Regional Appearances in 28 years, and 12 PGA Tour Players, Bruce finds inspiration in leading hard working young men who love to compete at the highest level.
Jared is a father, husband, entrepreneur, workplace culture enthusiast, millennial, and Nacho Libre lover. He's no noob when it comes to People Experience (PX). Jared has been working in PX for his entire career and was named by Utah Business Magazine as the first ever HR Disruptor of the Year. He has an MBA, and is SPHR & SHRM-SCP certified. Nate Randle, CEO of Gabb Wireless, brings years of experience and expertise to the nation’s leading kid-safe tech company.Nate graduated in Finance from the David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah. Early in his career, Nate held pivotal leadership positions at major companies like Vivint, Qualtrics, Callaway Golf, Utah Jazz and Nike. He joined Gabb in June of 2021 and took on the CEO role in November 2021.Above all, Nate Randle is a husband and father of four. He places the highest priorities on people and family. His focus on family directly translates into his leadership at Gabb, where protecting kids and encouraging a stronger connection between families are core to the Gabb mission.
Fraser Bullock is President and CEO of Salt Lake City-Utah Committee for the Games, which works to bring back hosting of Olympic and Paralympic Games in Utah. He is also a Co-Founder and Partner of Sorenson Capital, a private equity firm, which has approximately $2 billion in assets under management. He began his career at Bain & Company, as Consultant and Manager. He then became a founding partner of Bain Capital, a highly successful investment firm based in Boston. In 1999, Fraser became Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City. For his Olympic service, he received the Olympic Order in Gold from the International Olympic Committee. Fraser continues to be active in the Olympic movement and has provided advisory services to: the International Olympic Committee, the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee, and several cities hosting Olympic Games. He's been active in his community, including serving as Chairman of the Governor's Education Coalition and as Vice Chair of the Governor's Optimization Commission. He's been inducted into the Utah Technology Council Hall of Fame, receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award from BusinessQ, and has been named Director of the Year by Utah Business. He lives with his wife, Jennifer, and they are the parents of five children and 12 grandchildren.
