This month's conversation is with Dr. Anu French. During our time together we discuss her childhood, being born in India and moving to England and back to India, and how it felt to not belong in both places. A mother of two young girls, we discuss how integrative living and integrative medicine go hand in hand. There are so many ways healing can happen and we discuss how the use of art, music, being an advocate, and being your authentic self can help us grow into ourselves with kindness and grace.
