Shauna has been recognized for driving transformational programs and delivering critical initiatives within the Talent, Merger & Acquisitions, Federal, Finance, Business Services, and Real Estate businesses in her roles as a Call Center and PMO Leader. In her current role as a Technology Managing Director, Shauna fosters and manages relationships between technology and internal clients to drive transformational change through Technology. Adept in influencing teams and stakeholders, she is known for driving critical and sustainable value and impacts. Shauna also uses her business experience and commitment to Diversity Equity and Inclusion to establish herself as a key leader in DEI and demonstrates her commitment through sustainable action. Within her local communities, she also has a passion and commitment for developing and mentoring young student leaders which has been on display as a soccer coach and mentor of student - athletes for the last 25 years.

In this second episode of the W.I.S.E. podcast, the guys interview John Ferguson III (Trey) an alumnus of Villanova University, and current JD/MBA student at Vanderbilt University. (Trey) graduated from  Villanova University Magna Cum Laude in 2019, and formally served as an assistant of the W.I.S.E. program, Black Student Law Association (BLSA), Black Student Union (BSU) and other leadership organizations while at Villanova. He also held several prestigious internships throughout his college career including a summer internship on Capitol Hill with the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation.

In the first episode of the W.I.S.E. Podcast, the guys interview Dr. Wesley Proctor, an assistant teaching Professor at Villanova University, as well as a Nonprofit Leader, Minister, and Mentor.
