In this week's episode, we dive into a conversation about cleansing through the spring season and how to go about it in a gentle way. Karly talks about her own experiences with cleansing and how she has evolved her protocol overtime through those experiences and deepening her knowledge of the plants.
Spring time is a great time to incorporate a gentle cleanse with food elimination because of the lovely herbs that are beginning to pop- Dandelion, Nettle, Plantain, Cleavers, Burdock, Violet, Chickweed, Cilantro, and Parsley- and the range of tastes that they offer that support detoxification of the body (sour, salty, bitter.) There is discussion around these herbs regarding their medicinal & energetic qualities, their taste, and the best ways to consume them.
Karly is joined in this episode by her best friend, Tina Katz- who is simply present to chime in some insight and ask some questions.
