Hello Soul Family!

In this week's Episode we talk about YOU! You are such a powerful being, you have everything you need already inside of you. You are whole and a work in progress, you can be both at the same time.

 

Honestly most of this podcast felt channeled from my Higher Self, it just came through me. When listening to the audio as I was editing I didn't remember most of it and felt like a different version of me was speaking to me. I know that might sound a little strange but that is the best way for me to describe what happened. 

 

This chat is very much a self talk, this is for me as much as it is for you. We start off with a visualization of the future you and how that version of you is grateful for all that has manifested, we see ourselves being pulled to that person. What I wanted to hear this week was that this will pass, enjoy more of the little moments and remember I have the choice to make life easier. I mention how the questions I ask myself in my head have changed and developed into empowering thoughts over the years and that the key is bringing awareness to the chatter in your head.

Abid Tejani is a PSYCH-K® facilitator, consciousness explorer and self-described reality bender! He previously was in the world of startups but after several life-changing experiences, he left his "high-flying" job in London and bought a one-way ticket to East Asia to seek answers. He used his time traveling to immerse himself in local cultures and to learn everything he could about a subject he had been endlessly fascinated with consciousness. This led him to the work of Bruce Lipton and PSYCH-K® almost 3 years ago, and he hasn't looked back since!

He now helps clients around the world from business executives to film producers to artists to transform their subconscious beliefs, traumas and stress in minutes and help them live their best lives.
