Jed Byrne chats with WithersRavenel Chief Risk Officer Chan Bryant. Initially hired as an environmental engineer at WithersRavenel in 1996, Chan has decades of experience in various forms of risk management. He discussed environmental mitigation and compliance services, and growth and change he sees around his home in Sanford and in the company. Chan also loves the outdoors and hiking.
Jed Byrne sits down with Max Dyke, an intern in the Stormwater Department at WithersRavenel. Max has worked multiple internships here while attending North Carolina State, where he is majoring in Biological Engineering. He’s enjoyed gaining experience with engineering reports, CAD, and ArcGIS, and encourages students to reach out to their teachers and companies to learn and make connections.

Alicia is based in our Pittsboro office, putting her close to the Chatham Park projects that she works on. Alicia is passionate about community-building, place making, and problem solving. She is currently part of a national cohort working to improve inclusivity, recruitment and retention in the AEC industry.
