Although this episode with my friend Erin Flynn was recorded weeks ago, I think it has the potential to be super relevant for some of us right now as we’re finding ourselves at home and possibly with more free time on our hands.
Erin is the co-founder and CEO of Cladwell and really has played a huge role in establishing something we’ve heard about more and more the past few years, which is capsule wardrobes. In this episode, Erin shares her story and background leading to where she is today with Cladwell, which includes her experience with a failed startup and how she has learned to trust God’s plan for her life through that.
She walks us through simplifying your closet, the benefits of doing that and all about how the Cladwell app can help you to get the most out of the clothes already in your closet. If you’re hoping to use this time to simplify and organize and maybe just reprioritize what you have in your house and more specifically your closet, hit play on this episode.

Do you constantly feel tempted to measure up? To compare your life or business with others? To reach some imaginary benchmark of success? If you get caught in the comparison trap or put pressure on yourself to get ahead in life or business, this one’s for you.
In today’s episode, Jenessa shares how she collaborates with God in both life and business. Kaci and Jenessa talk about how she relates to the boy in the Bible story of Jesus feeding the 5,000, how she’s learned to wait on the Lord and embrace the journey, how her style has evolved and so much more.

This podcast is all about women sharing our stories and my new friend Mallory Morgan has a beautiful one. She has walked through some incredibly hard seasons over the last 10 years that Jesus has used to transform her, use her and lead her to exactly where she is + what she’s doing now.
Mallory now teaches women how to shed the shame in life and business, while building a brand they love. Mallory + I talk all about what “shedding the shame” means to her, building her business, the hashtag movement she created that now has over 20K posts, her Selah Retreat coming up this summer and ended with a little Instagram strategy for business owners.

Today’s episode is part two of a mini series on prayer. A bunch of you joined me in starting 2020 with the Draw the Circle 40 Day Prayer Challenge and as it came to a close, I wanted to dive a little deeper into the topic of prayer here on the podcast.
If you haven’t listened to Part 1, last week’s episode was with Val Woerner, the founder of Val Marie Paper and creator of their Yearly Prayer Journals. Val shared tons of practical tips with us about creating prayer habits and you’re not gonna want to miss that episode, so go give it a listen after this.
In today’s episode, I wanted to share what I learned over the past 40 days going through the Draw the Circle Prayer Challenge. I read Draw the Circle for the first time in years last summer and it wildly changed my prayer life for the better. There was something about spending 40 days focused in on my prayer life, learning more about prayer and developing habits of talking to God every day that was transformational. I knew I wanted to start the new year off with that focus, and it really has been the best way to kick off 2020.
Press play for my three biggest takeaways from completing the Draw the Circle 40 Day Prayer Challenge.
If you’re looking to develop a daily habit of prayer or deepen your prayer life, this episode is for you. I’m joined by my new friend Val Woerner for the first of this two part mini-series on prayer. Val is the founder of Val Marie Paper and creator of their Yearly Prayer Journals, so basically she runs an entire business focused specifically and solely on prayer.
Val and I talked a little about her story of starting Val Marie Paper and then got into all about developing daily prayer habits, journaling our prayers, praying confidently and consistently, prayer during busy seasons and even a little thing she likes to call House Prayers. Guys, Val has so much wisdom to share in this episode and one of the reasons I love her most is she is a practical, tangible tips kinda girl, so you’ll come away from this episode with some very real actions you can take to further your prayer life

Guys, I literally got chills while recording this episode. My friend Courtney Schultz suffered a stroke at the age of 24 and experienced healing that doctors could only describe as a miracle. Ever since, God has been busy writing her story. You can see His fingerprints throughout it all so clearly and it’s absolutely beautiful to watch her use her story for the good of others + the glory of God.
In today’s episode, Courtney shares about experiencing the miracle of physical healing after suffering her stroke. We talk about her continued healing, the story she calls the miracle + the mic drop, learning to lean on the faith of others, her cookbook coming out later this year + so much more.
We also have a surprise announcement for you in this episode so be sure to listen in!

My heart behind this podcast is the belief that when we share our stories, God uses them to show up in the lives of others. Today’s guest is the perfect example of someone who lives that out.
Mika Perry is a former professional organizer, mama of three and host of the Good to Be Home Podcast. On her blog, her podcast + now in today’s episode, Mika has gotten vulnerable about her husband’s affair, how God used it to better their marriage + bring Him glory, and why she decided to share her story.
Mika also shared her practical tips for getting started with organization and why it’s important to start small. She gives us an inside look at her morning routine, a topic she also offers courses on.

Niki Noto Palmer is one of those rare people who has actually gotten to live out her dream job. She spent years covering college football and the NFL from the sidelines for ESPN, SEC Network, the Atlanta Falcons and so much more… and then she walked away.
In our conversation, Niki shares so much insight and wisdom about discernment from the Holy Spirit, choosing your heart over work, seasons of transition, and how motherhood has given her the freedom to say no.
