So many of us have a fear of confrontation. We are afraid to speak out truths because we may have a fear of being seen or maybe we are afraid that we will be seen as bad or potentially be abandoned. With that said, every time we avoid speaking our truth we reject an aspect of ourselves that wants to be seen and heard.
