Don't make the mistake of ALWAYS buying items at the lowest of price because often times you get what you pay for in terms of value. Don't believe what they are saying to you -- instead, believe that delivery more quality than anyone else will end with good work habits and HAPPY CUSTOMERS! One of the things that we can do to stay awake at work with little sleep is to stay engaged with the people that we work with because if we don't we will start nodding off and falling asleep. One way to get more sleep is to plan your days a little bit better. We should not be taking on more than we can handle. We have to learn to say no to things that are not important. Also, our diets have a lot to do with falling asleep while at work. Eating fruit in the morning is a good idea. Not everybody drinks coffee, but it's also a solution. The Board of Directors cannot be all about the process and it's also the people oriented because that's what business is really about people. Without people there is no business whatsoever.
