Have you ever wondered what it looks like for a life to finish well? Deuteronomy chapter 34 gives us one of the most beautiful conclusions to a story in all of Scripture. Moses, the servant of the Lord, reaches the end of his journey, and God Himself brings him to the top of Mount Nebo to see the Promised Land that lay before Israel. Moses had led faithfully, prayed boldly, interceded passionately, and walked closely with God. And at the end of his life, God honored him in a way that belongs only to those who know Him deeply.
This chapter reminds us that the true measure of a life is not what we accomplish but how well we walk with God. It shows us the compassion of a God who stays with His people to the very end and the faithfulness of a servant who finished the work God gave him. Join us in this episode of the Woman at the Well Ministries podcast as we explore the life, legacy, and final moments of Moses and focus on Deuteronomy 34:10, which says, “There arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face.”
Let’s discover together what it means to finish well, to walk closely with God, and to trust Him in every season of life.

Have you ever needed a reminder that God doesn’t just lead His people — He loves them, protects them, and holds them close? Deuteronomy chapter 33 is Moses’ final blessing over the tribes of Israel, spoken just before his death, and it is overflowing with the tender, faithful love of God. It is a chapter filled with hope, promise, identity, and blessing.
As Moses reviews the journey of the Israelites, he reminds them that they are a people loved by God, carried by God, and held in His hand. And in our key verse, Deuteronomy 33:3, we read these powerful words: “Yea, he loved the people; all his saints are in thy hand.”
This chapter shows us a God who goes before His people, fights for them, shelters them, and promises them a future. And just as He blessed the tribes of Israel, He continues to bless, guide, and guard His people today.
Join us as we walk through this chapter and discover what it means to be people who are loved, chosen, and held securely in the hands of our faithful God.

Jesus may have come as a babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, but He was fully man and fully God. He was God’s only Son, and He was sent with a mission, a mission to seek and to save the lost. His birth was nothing short of extraordinary, and the world will never be the same because He came. Haggai 1:5-7--"Now therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways. Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes. Have you ever needed a reminder of just how faithful God has been in your life? Deuteronomy chapter 32 is exactly that. It is a song of remembrance, a call to worship, and a warning wrapped into one powerful chapter. Known as The Song of Moses, this passage was given so the Israelites would rehearse it, remember it, and carry it with them from generation to generation.
In this chapter, Moses paints an incredible picture of who God is - our Rock, perfect in His work, just in all His ways, and faithful even when we are not. He calls the people to look back and reflect on God’s goodness, His deliverance, His provision, and His protection. But he also warns them about the dangers of forgetting God, of complacency, and of turning to other gods.
Deuteronomy 32 teaches us that remembering God fuels our worship, strengthens our obedience, and anchors our hearts in truth. It reminds us that God alone gives life, heals, restores, and rescues. And it ends with a sober call, that God’s Word is not a small thing. It is our life.
Join us for this episode of the Woman at the Well Ministries podcast as we look at Deuteronomy chapter 32 and focus on verse 4: “He is the Rock, his work is perfect; for all his ways are judgment. A God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.”
Let’s discover together what it means to serve a God who is unchanging, unwavering, and always worthy of our trust.
