In this episode of The Woman Beyond Podcast, I'm joined by Sally, who shares her journey of self-discovery, healing, and learning to recognize her own worth.
Growing up in Fresno as the daughter of Chinese immigrants, Sally navigated a challenging childhood shaped by cultural expectations and family dynamics. Despite those obstacles, she went on to build a successful career as a pharmaceutical executive.
Now in her 60s and having recently faced breast cancer, Sally reflects on how her early experiences shaped her life and relationships, and the realization that life is worth living and she is worthy of love.
I'm grateful to Sally for sharing her story and perspective with us. ❤️

I'm so happy to welcome my dear friend Suzanne back to The Woman Beyond Podcast for her second appearance! ❤️
Suzanne is a Certified Life Coach and founder of Coaching with Suzanne, where she helps recovering people-pleasers learn to trust themselves, set healthy boundaries, and confidently say no without guilt.
After losing her husband to suicide, Suzanne began her own journey of grief, healing, and rediscovering herself. A mother, widow, and woman from O'ahu, she brings the beautiful spirit of aloha into everything she does.
Her personal motto is one I absolutely love: "The only way to survive this thing is to love yourself through it."
Join us for another heartfelt conversation about healing, self-love, finding your voice, and creating a life that honors who you truly are.
And stay tuned! Suzanne and I have some exciting things ahead as we'll be bringing our work together to support and empower more women. I can't wait to share more with you!

In today's episode, I’m talking with Anissa, a nurse, veteran, wife, mom and entrepreneur who is stepping into 50 healthier, stronger and more confident than she has felt in years.
Her own midlife reinvention has become part of her mission, and she’s now building a wellness business and community around a message I absolutely love: midlife women aren’t done yet.
Anissa is passionate about helping women over 40 reclaim their health, confidence, freedom, income and sense of possibility, not by trying to become who they used to be, but by discovering who they’re capable of becoming next.
Obviously, this conversation is right at home here on The Woman Beyond.

Allow me to introduce Kristina, The Magic Love Coach, joining us from her beautiful goddess retreat location in Mexico.
Kristina shares her own journey of discovering and uncovering the toxic patterns in her relationship, including what she learned about the darker side of the “Twin Flame” movement and how easy it can be to lose yourself in the idea of what love is supposed to be.
Today, Kristina helps women break free from unhealthy relationship patterns, rebuild their self-worth, trust themselves again, and create healthier relationships from a place of confidence and strength.
We talk about trauma bonds, narcissistic relationships, healing, self-love, and what it looks like to remember who you were before a relationship dimmed your light, and become an even more powerful version of yourself on the other side.
Such a powerful conversation about love, relationships, and ultimately, coming home to yourself. 🤍

This was such a rich conversation with Kathryn Krug about what it means to believe in yourself, trust your vision, and have the courage to step into what’s next.
Kathryn recently took the leap into opening her own private practice, and we talked about the unexpected pieces of that journey; the fear, the growth, the freedom, and what happens when you finally give yourself permission to follow the bigger vision that’s been calling you.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Kathryn does incredibly important work around relationships, emotional regulation, healing old patterns, and learning how to show up more fully for ourselves and the people we love.
What I love about Kathryn is that the work she teaches is also work she has lived herself. This conversation is about relationships, yes, but also about becoming the woman who trusts herself enough to create the life and work she knows she’s meant for.
I loved this one. 🤍
