In this episode, dropping the day before Thanksgiving, I want to start exactly where my heart is:

I’m grateful.

Grateful for the woman I became.

Grateful for the versions of me that didn’t know better but kept trying.

Grateful for the boundaries I set quietly and the peace I chose loudly.

Grateful for the courage it took to stop explaining myself — and start becoming myself.

And I’m grateful for YOU.

For listening, healing, growing, and choosing yourself every time you press play.

Today we’re diving deep into something that transformed my entire life:

The woman I became when I stopped explaining myself.

Because for so long, I thought over-explaining was respect, politeness, humility, survival.

But really, it kept me small. It kept me tired.

And it kept me living for other people’s comfort instead of my own truth.

In this episode, we talk about:

• Why women — especially women of color — are conditioned to over-explain

• How explaining yourself keeps your nervous system in survival mode

• The moment I realized I didn’t owe anyone clarity to be respected

• The people who benefit from your silence vs. the ones who honor your growth

• The emotional evolution that happens when you stop shrinking to be understood

• The calm, grounded, powerful version of you that rises when you stop justifying your life

• Why your decisions, your peace, and your healing are a complete explanation on their own

I also share the real-life shifts I made without explaining anything:

cutting my hair, leaving my first marriage, breaking generational patterns, raising my kids my way, setting boundaries with family, choosing peace over tradition, and stepping into my feminine energy with no apology.

Before Thanksgiving, I want this message to land:

People who are meant for you will never require you to shrink for clarity.

You don’t owe anyone explanations for your boundaries, your healing, or your evolution.

You don’t need permission to rise.

There is a version of you waiting on the other side of

“I said what I said.”

And she is worth becoming.

Thank you for spending this time with me today.

I honor your growth, your courage, and the woman you’re becoming.

Happy Thanksgiving, my love.

May you walk into this next chapter unexplainable, unapologetic, and unstoppable.
