Valerie Gangas is a woman on top!

In this week’s episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing the incredible Valerie Gangas.
I might be biased, but she has a GREAT first name ;) 

Valerie is the co-founder of Juniper Holiday & Home (a luxury short-term rental company) and she most recently served as a producer of a film.  She has previous experience working with Oprah and her team around mindfulness and meditation and overall, she is an absolute gem of a female leader.
She also is the best-selling author of two amazing book: “In Deep Shift” and “Enlightenment is Sexy”.  
 
Some Symptoms You Might be in a Season of "Shift"

• experiencing deeper emotions
• desire more solitude
• become interested in different things
• have a change of focus or lack of focus
• have a heightened sense of intuition
• start noticing synchronicities
• feel more physical sensations
• question your beliefs and narratives

…. You might not be going crazy, you likely are just in a season of DEEP SHIFT.  And as Valerie puts it in our episode together, it feels like you’re in DEEP SH*T because it can be painful and uncomfortable.

But, rest assured, you’re not alone and it DOES get better!
 
Rather than seeking a return to normalcy,
Valerie explains that deep shifts are actually an invitation to transform, awaken, and come home to our true selves.

Valerie helps us believe that enlightenment is not just for yogis—it’s for everyone who dares to embrace their inner magic. 

She shares how trauma can be a catalyst for self-discovery and how we need to go WITHIN to find everything we need.  This episode reminds me that the universe lives within each of us.
