Nyamekye Wilson, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Black Sisters in STEM, shares her talk, “Rags to Riches, Inspiring Tales of Triumph and Resilience.” She discusses how her story leads to tangible, actionable steps for you, your community, and all of us as a global society. She discusses her journey, life, roots, family, and culture.

Lindsey Robertson, Women Who Code Leadership Fellow for the data science track, sits down with Caroline Sherman, VP of Product Management, in Tableau's AI and machine learning space. They discuss how data analysts hold the power to employ generative AI across every facet of organizations and shift data from a business resource to a business essential. Caroline also shares some insights on how her company drives cutting-edge solutions that enable data analysts to do their jobs better.

Shannon Stewart, Principal Research Scientist at Altana AI, shares her talk, “My Unique Path into Data Science.” She discusses her path from Molecular Biology and Chemical Senses to Data Science, how she ended up in Taiwan and Holland, and all the steps in between that have shaped her career journey.

Anjali Menon, Technical Account Manager at Datadog and Legacy Leadership Fellow at Women Who Code, sits down with Hope Oluwalolope, Software Engineer II at Microsoft and WWCode Lagos Director, Shwetha Lakshman, R&D Manager at VMware and Women Who Code Advisory Board Member, and Michie Ang, Founder of Michie Dev and Women Who Code Manila Director. They discuss how to leverage community leadership opportunities, why tech professionals should get involved in a tech community, the opportunities that open when you get involved, mentorship experiences, and how you can collaborate and get involved in Women Who Code communities.

Madona S Wambua, founder and chief technology officer at Jibu Labs, shares her talk, “Leveraging Your Communities' Power to Grow Your Career.” She discusses her love of building, overcoming imposter syndrome, and how community involvement grew her confidence and provided many opportunities throughout her career.

Stephanie Rideout, Digital Community Specialist at Women Who Code, sits down with Kristen Enright, Head of Innovation and Products at Foodberry. They discuss how a picture of cheese led Kristen into food technology, astronaut food, and other innovative snacks.

Natalia Daies, Senior Director of Communications and Marketing at Women Who Code, sits down with Sue Ann Hong, President and CEO, of The Center for Asian Pacific American Women. They discuss mentors versus sponsors and how sponsorship has accelerated Sue’s career path. Sue also shares how important consistency in behaviors is for the success of a company’s DEI efforts.
