WEARY RAMBLERS are a newly formed Iowa folk duo that bring years of experience to the stage with award-winning songwriting and chemistry. Chad Elliott and Kathryn Fox showcase multi-instrumental performances with tight harmonies and great storytelling.
JOHN MORELAND was born in Texas, moved to Northern Kentucky, across the river from Cincinnati, then to Tulsa Oklahoma and began performing when he was just 12 years old. Playing punk rock for several years, he turned to roots and folk after hearing Steve Earle. Three of Moreland’s songs, “Heaven”, “Gospel”, and “Your Spell”, have been featured on the TV show, Sons of Anarchy. His latest album VISITOR was created after Moreland stepped away from the touring life and even set his smartphone aside for six full months.

MIRANDA HARDY is a NYC based songwriter and folk legend Jack Hardy’s youngest daughter, and spent years traveling and touring alongside him everywhere from NYC clubs to small pubs in Ireland. Miranda began pursuing music again after stepping away from her decade-long corporate advertising career. Exploring her music again, mixing comedy and depth, she is touring behind the release of her newest album, “The Price of Happiness.”
EMISUNSHINE is known for her powerful voice and masterful ukulele-playing. She has been attracting national attention since she was 9 years old, with appearances on Today, NBC’s Little Big Shots, American Idol, WoodSongs, the Grand Ole Opry and elsewhere. Her latest album, SIDESHOW, explores themes of lost love, diversity, self-confidence and more.

THE KITCHEN DWELLERS are an incredibly popular bluegrass and psyco-roots band from Wyoming and Montana, well-known for their high-energy and no-nonsense approach to bluegrass. They bring tremendous energy to their performances as they introduce songs from their newest release, “Seven Devils.” 
TENI RANE is a Chatannooga based artist inspired by the stories of everyday life, Teni Rane is a tender, folk-country songwriter with a vintage vocal edge and a knack for capturing ordinary scenes in a way that is widely relatable. She comes to WoodSongs with her first full length album.

BEN SOLLEE is a Kentucky cellist, songwriter, and composer known for his political activism. His music incorporates banjo, guitar, and mandolin along with percussion and unusual cello techniques. His songs exhibit a mix of folk, bluegrass, jazz, and R&B. His new album is called LONG HAUL.
KYRAN DANIELS began his career performing alongside Grammy Nominee Tommy Emmanuel on stages spanning the globe. His diverse musical palette and superlative musicianship saw him fast become one of Australia’s finest studio talents, and a go-to for artists & labels domestically & abroad. 
WoodSongs Kid: Spencer Gardner is a 11 year old fiddler from Crofton, Kentucky.

LYNN DRURY is originally from the Mississippi Delta. Her style is influenced from her Country upbringing and mixed in with the funkiness of New Orleans, which has surrounded her for the past 20 years. Her distinctive voice and songwriting style has been compared to Van Morrison, Lucinda Williams & Neil Young, to name a few. A sound she calls “NOLAmericana.” 
DANA COOPER His musical journey began at the young age of 2 when his father would prop him on the bar to sing along with the jukebox. He quickly became enamored with the guitar and taught himself to play and to harmonize vocally by listening to records. By his teenage years, Cooper was performing in coffee houses and clubs around Kansas City. Signed to major labels, his 32nd album release, “The Ghost of Tucumcari” features Lyle Lovett, Hayes Carll, Darden Smith & more.

HEATHER HORTON is a brilliant and passionate Chicago-based songwriter. Her latest release is called “Get Me to the Nunnery” features Horton on guitar and haunting violin; her husband is acclaimed singer-songwriter, Michael McDermott. Her album channels Joni Mitchell, Kate Bush and Sinead O’Connor (the album was actually mastered the day O’Connor died in late July).
BIBELHOUSER BROTHERS combine twin brother harmonies with award winning original songs and instrumental prowess to create high octane bluegrass-country-soul sounds from the heart of Kentucky. Clearly, there’s no substitute for sibling harmonies, and in that regard, the Bibelhauser Brothers can boast truth in the title of their new album, Close Harmony, a stirring example of what happens when brothers share their voices.

MURIEL ANDERSON is among the top acoustic guitarists/harp-guitarists in the world, and she is the first woman to win the National Finger-style Guitar Championship. Woody Allen’s film “Vicki Cristina Barcelona” features music by Anderson, who has performed in a bluegrass band and written music for the Nashville Chamber Orchestra. Her repertoire is varied, ranging from Doc Watson to Chet Atkins, Japanese songs to Sousa marches.
HIROYA TSUKAMOTO was born and raised in Japan and came to the United States. He was the second-place winner at the International Fingerstyle Guitar Championship. Described as an innovative guitarist and composer who fuses folk, jazz and world music. He has headlined concerts throughout the United States as well as internationally.
WoodSongs Kid: Sara and Savannah Cool are two singers from Lexington, Kentucky. 

WHEY JENNINGS On his third EP, Just Before The Dawn, Whey shares stories about his struggles with addiction, finding sobriety, and redemption through faith, family and friends. Whey Jennings was born into one of country music’s most iconic family Whey’s grandfather, Waylon, was a legendary singer, songwriter, and country musician. He was pivotal to the growth in popularity that the outlaw country movement saw throughout the ’70s, and even had songs featured on the first platinum country album, “Wanted! The Outlaws” which featured Willie Nelson and Whey’s grandmother Jessi Colter.
MARTHA SPENCER is a genuine folk Troubadour, she grew up on the slopes and hollows of southwest Virginia’s rugged Whitetop Mountain, where a rich tradition of old-time Mountain music has endured through many decades of changes. She began playing music and dancing from a very young age with The Spencer Family, and studied old-time fiddle under her father through the Virginia Foundation of the Humanities Folklife Apprenticeship Program.

On his latest album, Tropical Depression, he tackles Lane’s own growing obsession with extreme weather (he had a close call with an EF-3 Tornado) and its eventual collision with his own mental health battles.
