Believe. In Jesus. In the resurrected Jesus. Let that faith rise from your heart to your mouth gate, and let others hear. That's how we know someone is saved. This is not positive confession. This is heart-generated belief that manifests in the tongue afterwards.

Heart first, mouth second. The Bible does not teach positive confession, one that rises from the lips, but a confession that comes first to the heart and cannot help but be spoken. We do not create the reality of salvation. God does.
