If you had lived during the time Jesus was on earth, what is the first thing you would have written to others? John starts his Gospel by telling us that Jesus is the Word, the eternal one, who created everything. Jesus is God in the flesh, the ruler of all and the light in our dark world. Through Him, we can have hope and life.
