In this homily I mention an acronym for bringing things to the light--"PVC!"

P=pick a companion with whom to share what needs to be brought to the light. Other than a spouse, this should be someone of the same gender.

V=vocalize what's going on in "the darkness," what needs to be brought to the light for healing, for strength, for support, for laughs.

C=Call out to Jesus in prayer, perhaps together.
