How to study the bible:

 1. You can start by picking a topic

2. You can start with a book study

Note: Reading is different from studying. Studying takes longer( Rom6:6 )

How to study the bible

(Acts7:11) We established that all scripturses are from God 

(2 Peters1:20)

Steps ;

1. Observation (psalm 119:18) we observe to answer the questions; who, what, where, when. As well as emphasis; repitions, queastions and answers, words like: when, if, there fore. We also observe the literary form

2. Interpretation

Context is taken onto consideration. Thingslike the chapter or verse before is considered. We interpret scripture with scripture. Look at the word definations. Use easier scriptures to interpret difficult  scriptures. Logic qnd doctrines are taken into consideration. Interpret with the Holyspirit ( john 16:13).

3. Application

The goal of bible is how to infuse these truths into our lives. We think about how the truth affect our lives.
