After confronting some personal demons he found a need to revisit his youth in an attempt to put these demons to rest, a youth in which he was heavily bullied as "the fat kid", which ultimately is what started him on his journey of fitness and self improvement.
We talk about bullying, neural linguistic programming, training, ADHD and more!!! Join us for a chat.

2 hr 2 min - S01E21. Just the musicA collection of every original track used on every episode to date!! My interest in creating music ebbs and flows, and to be fair, since I've started the podcast it's ebbed more than flowed. I've still got heaps of riffs and ideas in my working files folder, so who knows maybe one day I'll make more music.
Thanks for supporting the podcast, thanks to the vocalists contributing to these tracks and for those of you who come for the music, enjoy!

About The Working Class
From the publisher's feed
Are you still trying to figure out what you want to be when you grow up? Welcome to the working class, where we aim to figure out what everyone else does when they head off to work. How they ended…
up doing what they do, why they ended up doing what they do, and who knows maybe it’s something you’d like to try. What’s it like to captain a superyacht? Is being a musician all about the fame and the groupies? Is being an accountant really as boring as it sounds? From the mundane to the mind-blowing and everywhere in between, I aim to find where the truth lies, and to determine, as the old adage goes, “find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life”, or contrarily, why you should not turn your passion into a job. As an Australian career FIFO (fly in, fly out) worker I explore the options of what's out there, in my own back yard and further abroad. All music used on the podcast written, performed, recorded and produced by yours truly (unless otherwise stated), vocals performed by special guests! Tune in and have some fun!
