They go super hard in the gym for a couple months and then stop completely, they eat perfectly clean for weeks and then go downhill after one cheat meal. I know it’s hard to stick with something, but that why I always want you guys to start small, go slow, and celebrate the little wins. This is a new lifestyle, not a quick fix, so no more “all or nothing” mentality! Start with ONE change, and after you master that, add another one.
