During this whole Covid sabbatical, I've learned some important things. Family comes first. Something I needed to be reminded of. Life lessons from my wife. I also learned that the "Covid 15" struggle is real. We talk to my trainer about weight gain and fitness when the gym is closed and social distancing restrictions are in place.
