Joan Gussow is a professor emerita of Nutrition and Education at Columbia's Teacher's College, author, food policy expert, organic gardener and HRN Hall of Fame inductee. We will discuss the connection between soil and the future of food, and the role of regenerative agriculture in making great cheese.
