Description
In this episode we share about being guided to solve our problems using spiritual principles, including staying present in the moment, being aware of our environment and practices for managing difficult emotions. Connecting with those on a spiritual journey can bring clarity and connection. Practicing presence and understanding can help us reach solutions that generally manifest from within and recognize the power of choice we have in life. Emmet Fox’s law of substitution, breath work, mind-body connection and refocusing on physical sensations can help to shift the mind away from destructive thought patterns. Consistent practice of meditation, contemplation and taking pauses to redirect attention can create a kinder and more loving energy when interacting with the outside world. These spiritual principles aim to bring us back to our inner source of peace and remind us of our power to create our individual destiny.
