In this episode Craig Chatriand  of Idaho State University and Angie Lion of Black River Performance Management discuss how education creates generational impact and how moving to a new area, finding your lifelines and discovering a sense of belonging help student’s tap into the resilience potential that already lies within. Chatriand has over 20 years of experience working in higher education focusing on student success, behavioral intervention, and student mental health. He currently serves as the Interim Vice President for Student Affairs & Enrollment Management at Idaho State University.
