In this episode, the class refines the company definition of their Mission Statement. In doing so, they have to define what a World Class Manufacturing company is. I think this discussion is pretty good because Dick Schonberger who wrote the definitive book entitled "World Class Manufacturing" really loved this chapter. In fact, in his review of the book, he said that the discussion is so exciting that he was actually thinking of getting back into consulting just to have one of these discussions.
