What a pleasure this was for me!

Tiago is one of those big picture kind of guys that searches for the larger picture, keeping true to his values, while making money and also not disrespecting the art.

We talked about the art of wrapping, Perraris, unique projects, Zeno and what Tiago thinks it will be doing and providing for our industry.

Hannier is a passionate guy! He’s been around for a bunch of years, knows the struggles with the wrap industry, but also seems to love the hustle, focusing on quality and speaking his mind.

It was great to get to chat with Alvaro and hear his thoughts about quality, perfection and always keeping it truthful with the customer.

I had the pleasure of meeting Carlos for the firs time when I was visiting MetroWrapz a couple of month back . On that trip I got to see first hand how he works, leads his team, talks to customers and the pride that he takes on what they create and put out there.

I just wanted to sit down and chat a bit more about his story, get him to open up on what hard work is and what it has meant for him.

But also to get him to talk about what passion for the product, customer and business looks like. We even managed to talk a little bit about Flamenco dancing, which was a positive surprise!

It has been a while since we talked so today we got to hear what Phil's up to this days and what is consuming most of his free time.

Phil is a great person to chat with so we go all over, we touch the future, improvised tools, his youtube carer and some 3M stuff.

We spend a lot of time talking about what makes a successful shop thrive , what good communication actually looks like and what having a good vibe in the shop can mean for everyone.

We also talk about something that is very common, over promising, and what you can learn form it.
