a breath of fresh air
Classic story telling . A great read for children and adults . Ruskin Bond uses simple English but the descriptive narrative transports you to his world of rural, rustic India. You end up smelling the smells, tasting the food, exulting in the hilly pastures and damp air. A welcome breath of fresh air in an overstimulated world of trite and pretentious story telling. Absolutely 5-star
