Here's what we know about this glitch. During the first frame when you enter a room, in some places, the hitboxes of some exits aren't where they're supposed to be. Then, you need to be pressing Enter as the room loads, with the cursor at the right place. The known "right places" are:
With the current route, only the one at the hotel lobby is useful. It saves between 1.5 and 4.0 seconds, depending on where you're going next. It can also be used to skip picking up the brochures.
