In the Friday Crew, Josh Meyers, Jess Buckley, and Arnav Sarkar talk about Rutgers center Clifford Omoruyi's recent declaration for the 2023 NBA Draft as well as talking about Rutgers baseball as well as the women's and men's lacrosse team. They then give their March Madness-themed Locks of the Week and are joined by Ellis Gordon in Can We Just Talk?.

In hour two; Alex Carmenaty, Jake Meystel, Daniel Martin and Pete Cuddihy open the final half of the show with a dive into the recent success stories for Rutgers Baseball and Rutgers Men's Lacrosse. With Baseball winning eight of its last nine, and Lacrosse winning five in a row, both programs are getting hot at the right time. The guys ended the final frame of the show with Rapid Fire that included an update on the March Madness Tournament and Micah Strewsberry's departure from Penn State.
