Saying i have a goal without a plan is a wish.  I have a plan that will let you save money, and get out of debt, at the same time.  I don't profess to be a financial guru, and i don't expect for you to listen to someone who is paying off over 145k dollars in debt.  If Dave Ramsey can learn from his mistakes and create the brand he has.  Then so can I, and i'm taking from them all and making my own plan.  What i Love about the Financial independence movement is, its so many paths to FI...and i'm embracing it, and how i came up with the plan.  I hope you enjoy the podcast...

This episode is about the one gem in personal finance that i wish i would have known as a young man.  This Gem is from a Book Called "The Richest Man In Babylon" and should be a must read for anybody on their journey to Financial Independence.

As i'm driving around in the city of Kansas City, i see many good things, and many things I wish people could change.  Seeing the huge differences in how Blacks live so much differently than white america its disheartening, and i wish people of all communities would wake up.  Especially in my community where we struggle so much,  This episode is about changing the mindset of people everywhere, but especially in the black community and how we need to no longer be consumers, but investors.

Getting out of debt is no fun, but breaking down how you got their called for some soul searching.
