Prior to turning her focus to real estate, Candace owned and operated a successful electronics wholesale business for 8 years. Her real estate journey began with single-family rehabs and rentals, private lending, and solo-401k investing. In 2018, her focus shifted to multifamily acquisitions where she excels in underwriting and asset management. She currently has 5 assets under management totaling 154 units.
