NICK REDFERN - Contactees: A History of Alien -human Interaction : We are not alone…and Nick Redfern can prove it. Contactees contains the fascinating stories of the select group of people chosen by visitors to Earth to spread their message. Are aliens really among us? Don't be too quick to dismiss their claims. Truman Bethurum was divorced by his wife because she believed he was having close encounters of a very personal kind with a beautiful extraterrestrial "space captain" named Aura Rhanes. Is he nuts? Prescient? An omen? A band of eerily human-looking, blond-haired aliens-later known as the Space-Brothers-informed other contactees that they were concerned by our warlike ways and wished us to live in peace with one another. Acting on the advice of the Space-Brothers, contactees such as George Van Tassel and George Adamski went out and spread the extraterrestrial word to anyone and everyone who would listen. And many did, including U.S. government agencies. More than half a century later, the contactees are still among us, still telling their tales of personal alien encounters, and still maintaining their cult-like status in the world of UFOlogy. Nick Redfern's Contactees relates their thought-provoking, lluminating, controversial, and sometimes bizarre stories in all their appropriately out-of-this-world glory. Originally from England, Nick Redfern lives in Arlington, Texas. He is a full-time author and journalist specializing in a wide range of unsolved mysteries, including UFOs, alien contact, Bigfoot, the Loch Ness Monster, government conspiracies, and paranormal phenomena. He writes regularly for UFO Magazine, Fortean Times, Paranormal Magazine, and Fate. His previous books include Memoirs of a Monster Hunter; Strange Secrets; A Covert Agenda; and There's Something in the Woods. Among his many exploits, Redfern has investigated reports of aliens in Mexico; lake-monsters in Scotland; vampires in Puerto Rico; werewolves in England; and crashed UFOs in the United States. - www.nickredfern.com

The most recent of these phenomenal happenings is the appearance of a "star" that is being seen around the world. Share International released a press statement to the world's media in December 2008 that such a star was going to be visible throughout the world. In January of 2009 videos of this star began turning up on YouTube--now in the dozens. Buddy Piper believes this star is actually 4 giant space craft that are a modern day version of the "Star of Bethlehem" and are here as a harbinger a New Age and the appearance of a great Teacher named Maitreya.

In September 1977, during the Joint Attack Weapons Systems Test (JAWS) at Fort Benning Georgia, the entire base witnessed a UFO invasion. As many as 1300 troops were involved in the event. Most were left with severe psychological trauma and "missing time" gaps. John Vasquez was courageous enough to undergo counseling, regression therapy, and hypnosis. After 15 years of personal research, John and co-author, Bruce Stephen Holms present the story along with plenty of government documentation. Readers are asked to enter this experience with an open mind. After reviewing the official documents and scrutinizing the appendix make up your own mind regarding the Incident At Fort Benning. - www.amazon.com

Patti Conklin grew up in Brooktondale, New York with a unique ability to see how the vibration of words and emotions affect the physical body. Through this sight, she began to understand that manipulating the vibration of the particles that make up the body could release stored emotion and facilitate healing, and Conklin Method of Cellular Cleansing was born. After spending her youth learning and perfecting her healing abilities, she began to work with individuals with illnesses ranging from physical to mental, and even spiritual. Patti grew her private practice with tremendous results, and as her reputation grew, more and more people sought her out, bringing her into their home for healing.

Patti realized that while she can help those who have become ill, she could teach others how to shift their perception and thus prevent illness from occurring. She quickly became a frequent keynote speaker, and soon a curriculum to learn the Conklin Method of Cellular Cleansing was in demand. She developed the Certified Associates of Cellular Cleansing training course which opened the doorway to a select few students who now offer Cellular Cleansing in their own private practices across the globe.

Patti’s great successes reach further than the world of health, however. Before she began her own private practice, Patti was active in the non-profit world where she held many exciting and interesting jobs, such as Director of Women in Literacy, Laubach Literacy International, overseeing campaigns in 30 countries throughout Africa, Asia and South America; Southeast Regional Director Canine Companions for Independence; West Regional Director of Make A Wish Foundation; and Development Director of Girl Scouts of America in Michigan.

Among Patti’s many honors are the Founder’s Award, from the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association in 2007, and the President’s Award in 2004 from the International Association of Counselors and Therapists. Also, she was inducted into the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame in 1996. Patti has been labeled by colleagues, physicians, and clients as one of the greatest Medical Intuitives of the 21st Century.

Patti is the author of God Within: The Day God’s Train Stopped, a tell-all book that recounts the experiences, visitations, and lessons Patti has been faced with in learning and accepting her mission in this life: “To teach others to become insubstantial without transitioning.”

Patti has been included in literary works with respect by authors in more than ten books, including Soul Agreements by Dick Sutphen, Miracles of the Casa by Josie Ravenwing, and Radical Remissions by Dr. Kelly Turner, Unstuff Yourself by Nancie Barwick Ph.D, One Day At A Time by David M. Sloan, The Faces Behind The Pages That Inspire by Lori Rekowski, to name a few.
