ALESSANDRA MELAS graduated in Philosophy at the University of Bologna. She received her PhD with a dissertation in causal realism in Quantum Mechanics at the University of Sassari. She was a visiting researcher at the Philosophy Department of Rutgers University, and she worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of History, Human Sciences and Education of the University of Sassari, where she was also adjunct professor of Logic and Philosophy of Science.
