Claudia’s conservative upbringing did little to prepare her for the violence and loss she has experienced in her life. Brought up to unquestioningly accept the wisdom of her elders and to place her fate in the hands of others, it took accidents, crime and health issues to wake her up and take control of her life and to understand she couldn’t survive all she faced by continuing to live in the world of thought others had created for her.

She began questioning the conventions of her society and her programming; she sought answers to questions that shouldn’t be asked. From an early age Claudia viewed the world differently than those around her; but wanting to fit in, kept those thoughts to herself.

A deep thirst for knowledge possessed her, driving her to study strange practices and religions in foreign lands.

Having more daunting personal experiences than any one human should be burdened with, her indefatigable curiosity about how others view the world, without blindly accepting their ideas as her own, built the strength needed to transform her victim self into a victor, then help others do the same.

Where the bloodlines of the Nephilim leave off, the real story just begins. Or does it go back even further than that? The very real probability that non-human intelligences visited and even copulated with primordial humans is detailed in civilization's most ancient cultural and religious records. These historical records further reveal that these intelligences were reptilian in nature--or, at the very least, have been represented throughout human history in reptilian form. From the Serpent, Nawcash, in the Garden of Eden; Atum, the Egyptian snake-man; and Quetzalcotl, the feathered serpent god of the Mayans to the double-helix snake symbol of Enki/Ea in ancient Sumerian literature, the serpent has been the omnipresent link between humans and the gods in every culture. In The Secret History of the Reptilians, Scott Alan Roberts investigates and examines the pervasive presence of the serpent in human history, religion, culture, and politics. Are we the product of an extraterrestrial race that moves and breathes--and even breeds--beneath the surface of all of human history? Put on your thinking cap and take an historical, anthropological, archaeological plunge into the heady waters of extraterrestrial origins. - www.scottalanroberts.com

Jason was a Christian in his younger years, discovered Paganism shortly after his 21st birthday and have never looked back. For most of that time he’s been a Witch of the Wiccan persuasion, but he was also a part of a Druid grove in his younger years and have dabbled in Hellenic Re-constructionism too. Currently he’s the editor of Patheos Pagan (one of the biggest online Pagan spots) and between that job and writing books he’s transitioned into the life of a nearly full-time Pagan writer. He’s passionate about his Wiccan-Witch path, and it's the primary focus of his writing and blogging. However, he does love Paganism in all of its infinite varieties.

Crystal healing is a pseudoscientific alternative medicine technique that employs stones and crystals. Adherents of the technique claim that these have healing powers, although there is no scientific basis for this claim. In one method, the practitioner places crystals on different parts of the body, often corresponding to chakras; or else the practitioner places crystals around the body in an attempt to construct an energy grid, which is purported to surround the client with healing energy. Despite this, scientific investigations have not validated claims that chakras or energy grids actually exist, nor is there any evidence that crystal healing has any greater effect upon the body than any other placebo; for these reasons it is considered a pseudoscience.
