Rob McConnell Interviews: David J Pitkin - Ghosts and the Paranormal - Retired teacher David J. Pitkin has sought answers to mysteries throughout his life, an activity spurred by a bout with cancer in 1973. Fascinated by the workings of the unconscious mind and on the growing evidence for consciousness surviving body death, he has written five books of researched ghost stories. He studied dream analysis with Dr. Montague Ullman, pioneer dream researcher at Maimonides Hospital. Pitkin believes that dreams of the deceased are often genuine "contact experiences." David lectures widely on parapsychology themes, including ghost stories and near-death experiences. His first collection of New England ghost stories is found in Ghosts of the Northeast (2002), which has sold over 25,000 copies. On September 1, 2010 he published New England Ghosts, containing about 150 more stories, most of which have never before been in print. Pitkin has served as a professional numerologist and spiritual counselor, using his degree in Counseling Psychology (Goddard College, 1990) to analyze peoples' dreams, personalities and spiritual goals. His book, Spiritual Numerology: Caring for Number One, outlining his unique numerological analytical system, was published in 2000. Though he has visited haunted sites throughout Western Hemisphere, his favorite haunts are in the northeast U.S., where the spirits are usually polite, though stubborn. He regales audiences with humorous ghost tales throughout the region. Pitkin's motto is "Enlighten, Don't Frighten," as he stimulates readers and listeners to ponder the profound issues surrounding death-and life. He frequently appears on radio and television, addressing issues of the strange phenomena and the unseen world around us. In 2006 Pitkin completed Adirondack Journey, Glens Falls, NY TV-8's series on haunts in the Adirondack Mountains. His updated Saratoga County book, Haunted Saratoga County, was published in 2005, and has become another local best seller. He published New York State Ghosts, Volume 1 in 2006, and Volume 2 in October, 2008, both of which have become regional best sellers. More people than one would suspect are interested in their life's ending and want it to be a happy one. Pitkin offers suggestions on how to achieve that. His first novel, The Highest Mountain: Death & Life in the Adirondacks, was published in June 2007, and Pitkin is currently working on a sequel, The Explorer: An Adirondack Search, due out in 2014. In March 2009 he released his first CD album of narrated ghost stories with an Adirondack theme: Adirondack Ghost Stories, Volume One.

Endangered Species - Sir Richard inherited his Baronetcy and business acumen from his ancestor, Sir William Heygate, who was a well known Lord Mayor of London and personal banker to the Regency. On his mothers side, he is descended from a long line of Celtic Kings and Queens, and for a time ran the family estates in Ireland. He is the author of "Endangered Species", co-authored with cousin and best friend, Michael Daunt. Research for the book introduced him to England's extraordinary history as the centre of the emerging interest in Magic, and the latter day magicians who have brought it to a worldwide public both in Europe and the United States. This experience lead him to write "The Book of English Magic" with Philip Carr-Gomm. He continues to combine writing about unusual subjects with a business career in high technology - the latest example being a global internet venture.

Robert Morgan was a loving father and rising Florida filmmaker who became enraged by drug deals on his daughter's schoolyard and decided to take things into his own hands as a confidential informant. He eventually infiltrated the Mafia for the FBI and Drug Enforcement Agency to such a level that he cost the mob a documented half-billion dollars. Citizen Spy is Morgan's expose of the most sophisticated money-laundering scheme in the history of international crime. He brings readers into the life of a spy; a little-known world fantasized on by the young and only dreamed about by most of society. Major players include infamous mobsters Joseph Bonanno, Meyer Lansky and John Charles Piazza III, all with solid links to the Five Families. Just as he patiently hunted playground drug dealers and mob targets, Morgan waited for certain crime figure family members to pass before writing Citizen Spy, fearing a hit placed on his life. Three decades later he reveals this inside world and answers the questions raised years ago in Yallop's groundbreaking In God's Name. With almost a shudder in his writing, Morgan explains the Vatican banking cover-up that forced the murder of Pope John Paul I and the curbside confession on who arranged the killing.

Derrel Sims, over a span of more than 3 decades is a full time UFO Researcher with a specific interest in medical/scientific evidence of human/alien contact. Sims feels that people who claim of contact with the alien presence should offer evidence of their positions. He states that it is incumbent upon us to produce evidence of these phenomena if we are to continue to make these claims and we must provide the best evidence to the medical/scientific fields if we are ever to have "academic" acceptance. Some of his work is already published in the Royal Society of Chemical Engineers and is referenced in other works. Sims is a Certified Hypnotic Anesthesia Therapist and a Master Hypnotherapist, with special certifications in Medical Hypnotherapy and Hypnotherapeutic Intervention. He uses a multi-modality approach to memory retrieval and has developed specialized techniques for working specifically with alleged abductees as well as for use in more typical therapeutic interventions. He has a Master Level in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), certifications in Time Line Therapy and extensive training in Graphoanalysis, Linguistics and other modalities. Researchers and laboratories are used to exploit and further test his discoveries such as alien implants from cases that stem from 1960 and more recently the first public surgery for alleged alien implants in 1995. Extensive laboratory analysis of surgically removed implants has revealed objects with pathology and metallurgical findings that are somewhat beyond our technologies. Sims is a member of Project P.A.R.S.E.C. (Psychotherapists Associated for the Research and the Study about EBE and their Contacts). P.A.R.S.E.C (with headquarters located in Italy) is an elite group of professionals dedicated to assisting those relating human/alien encounters through a therapeutic approach appropriate for the individual client and a scientific approach to research. - www.alienhunter.org

Charlotte King is best known for her accurate prediction of the major eruption of Washington's Mt. St. Helens, May 18, 1980. She was a mere 12 minutes off. This prediction threw her into the limelight and attracted the attention of scientists and journalists alike, names like Human Seismograph and Incredible Ears soon found their way into print and soon she was seen on network and independent television shows. Doctors as well as the military were perplexed by her unusual ability to hear sounds in the ULF, VLF, and ELF ranges. She began hearing these sounds in mid-May 1976. Charlotte was tested in four states by the scientific and medical communities, and the tests revealed that she could hear in the under 10hz range. Further tests revealed specifically below 2-7hz. Thus was born what the doctors and the scientists who tested her coined "The Charlotte King Effect." Visit : www.thecharlottekingeffect.com- Email: [email protected]- Telephone: 503-999-5745
