In the past thirty years or so, interest in Bible prophecy has been on the rise. Many theologians and laymen believe that the return of Jesus is close. The wife of our greatest modern Evangelist (now retired), the great Dr. Billy Graham, has commented that if God did not return soon he would have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah. The late Dr. John Walvoord, known as the "Dean of Prophecy" and presently in the presence of Jesus, believed that this generation has more reason to expect the return of Christ. God has ALWAYS warned before sending judgment. God called John the Baptist as a prophet to herald in the Lamb of God and he is using another to announce the coming of the Lion of the Tribe of Judah! Though we are told by Jesus that we will not know the day or hour (Matthew 24:36), nowhere in Scripture does it indicate that we will not know when it is close. In fact, in Hebrews 10:25 we are admonished to be looking for the Day of the Lord (when God will pour out His wrath on the world). Jesus told Israel to look for signs of His return bodily to earth and they will know that it is near, even at the doors (Matthew 24:33). They will know and God wants us to know. Find out the Truth from this book, "Jesus Really Is Coming Back.....Soon!", written by a true modern day Prophet. To God Be The Glory! - www.hisbooks.net

Alvin Toffler coined the phrase "electronic cottage" in the 80's. Futurist Frank Ogden carried the concept further. From his high-tech houseboat in Vancouver harbour, he is wired to the world by computer, phone, cable and phone modems, satellite, infra-red transmissions and CD-ROMs. The Financial Post describes Frank as a "20th Century visionary" and calls his ideas "outrageous", an ideal combination of qualities for a life of profitable nonconformity. From Papua New Guinea to the high-tech jungles of silicon, satellites and photons, Frank has a reputation for innovation and originality. In 1979, he began monitoring 200 satellites and 2,000 data banks, to provide a video clipping service for forward thinkers wanting information on new and relevant business developments. Now Ogden circles the globe as consultant to companies and countries, preparing people to trek along the fast track. "A bulldozer of change is charging over the planet," he says. "And if you're not part of the bulldozer, you'll become part of the road." Born in 1920, Ogden was educated in Canada and the United States and served as a flight engineer during World War II. Unflaggingly energetic and curious, he graduated to a dizzying array of jobs flying airplanes and helicopters and selling aircraft (He is currently checked out as Pilot-In-Command in 55 different flying machines), real estate and housewares. During the 1960s, he joined a medical team researching LSD at Hollywood Hospital, and he crossed Canada by helicopter to celebrate the country's centennial. He also helped found Canada's first think-tank, taught at the Ontario College of Art and the New England School of Art in Boston, and managed a Montreal radio station, leading it boldly into progressive rock. He was also a founding member of the World Future Society in Canada. While studying voodoo in Haiti and establishing a think-tank for the Prime Minister of the Bahamas, Ogden recognized the link that exists between primitive thinking and high tech. "Everything in life is information. So-called primitive cultures have known this for thousands of years," he explains. "Voodoo priests get their information through a hierarchy of gods; we get ours through a hierarchy of technology." Such concepts as these have made Frank a celebrity speaker on the conference circuit, where he outlines the electronic and information revolutions of the current and coming decades. Frank suggests a future of teleports, limited labour unions, as more people become self-employed, and body implants to make cyborgs of us all. Audiences praise him because "he shakes people up and gets us thinking about the future!" - www.drtomorrow.com

Frustrated with religious turmoil, fanaticism and fundamentalism, filmmaker Peter Rodger set out on a global quest to understand why the concept of God has become politicized. In his stunningly, beautiful documentary film OH MY GOD? (OMG Movie Inc.), Rabbis, Christian Fundamentalists, Catholic Priests, Buddhist Llamas, Hindu Swamis, Zen Masters, Muslim radicals, Shamans and ordinary people across the globe share their unique perspectives and understanding of God, along with several celebrities including Hugh Jackman, Seal, Ringo Starr, Sir Bob Geldof, HRH Princess Michael of Kent, David Copperfield, Dr. John F. Demartini and Jack Thompson. The film debuts nationally this November. Premiering at the Nuart Theatre in Los Angeles on November 13th . OH MY GOD? is set amongst beautiful backdrops around the world, filmed in 23 countries over three years from the 9th ward of New Orleans to the Guatemalan Jungle, to the Himalayan region of Ladahk, Rodger searches for the common thread in our diverse humanity and reveals that which often divides us can also unite us. The film features inviting faces and personalities that are a touching reminder of the melting pot that we call humanity and the mystery that we have given many names. The film features inviting faces and personalities that are a touching reminder of the melting pot that we call humanity and the mystery that we have given many names. Controversial, hopeful, heartwarming and sometimes shocking Rodger's film reveals the diverse beliefs with which we were raised, and subscribe to solely because we are told to. He questions why we often blindly "believe" without direct experience or personal introspection. "I was fed up with the childish schoolyard mentality that permeates this world - I call it the "My God Is Greater Than Your God" syndrome - where you have grown men flying airplanes into buildings shouting "God is Great" - where you have the leader of the free world telling the BBC in 2003 that he invaded Iraq because God told him to -- None of these concepts made any sense to me," states Rodger, "So I decided to go around the world and ask people what they think." Rodger produced, directed, wrote and shot the film with an incognito skeleton crew consisting of one other - Patrick Ellis, a line producer tripling as sound man and B camera operator. Alexander van Bubenheim, a composer, also traveled on part of the shoot collecting sounds and incorporating them into music that binds the film together, and surprises us at the same time resulting in an extraordinary, original soundtrack. One of the most poignant moments in the film is when Rabbi Menachem Froman (an Orthodox Jew) and Ibrahim Abu El-Hawa (a Muslim community leader and peace advocate) embrace. The two men are active in an organization that encourages dialogue among Jews, Christians and Muslims. "God is in the space between us," poignantly shares Rabbi Froman. "My visit to the holy land surprised me the most," shares Rodger "There is a desire for peace from both the Palestinians and the Israelis. It is the politicians that are messing the situation up. It is not a conflict of religion - it is a conflict of Land, Politics...
