Jason Ronald has confirmed via Twitter that support for FPS Boost will not continue. Quote, “we knew that our current FPS Boost techniques would only work on selected titles. This is similar to resolution enhancements for Xbox One X. We have enabled FPS Boost on 130+ titles, but we have tried many, many more unsuccessfully.Enhancing games from the past is difficult as we don't make any actual changes to the game's source code itself. If we are able to develop new methods to further enhance backwards compatible titles we will pursue them, but we don't have anything on the immediate horizon.”

Larger changes are coming but it will take time according to John.Jedi Master Ren - I’ve been dipping my toes in the new changes to halo infinites BP progression and it seems like a very noticeable and definitely welcomed change. Breaking it down, playing 6 matches guarantees at least one level up a day. Are you guys happy with where they are right now with progression or do you think further fine tuning is required? I’m honestly pretty stoked with this revisionMark the CaNERDian @The_CaNERDian - Do you think Halo's multiplayer progression snafu is excusable as 'beta growing pains' or do
