After a brief announcement on Friday about the raising of the price of Xbox Live Gold, Microsoft have confirmed that they will be keeping the price of Gold the same price, but will also be removing the free to play online barrier so you’ll be able to play Free to Play games without a gold subscription.

During the Resident Evil Showcase we got a release date of May 7th, 2021 for Resident Evil 8 and it will launch on Xbox One in addition to Series X and S! There will be a demo for the game in spring as well! There was also a new multiplayer only game called Re:Verse which will be free along with Village which will allow you to play as different heroes and villains from across the Resident Evil games in a deathmatch setting.

Disney have announced that Ubisoft is working on a new Star Wars open world title being developed by The Division developer Massive Entertainment. It was also hinted at during the announcement that the exclusivity deal with EA is still in place, which expires in 2023, and that more EA Star Wars games are coming.

The Xbox Series X will launch at 549.99 USD and will launch on October 10th, 2020. The Xbox Series X launched worldwide on November 10th, at 499.99. 0 points awarded

The next generation of games will be the same across Xbox One and Xbox Series X and the first 6 months of games will be cross-gen. Correct! Smart Delivery is the roundabout thing that Sean was trying to describe when predicting this! 1 point awarded
