We have crossed the point of NO RETURN!
This Earth we are living on, we have ignored its cry for help.
What happened to us? We used to be able to talk to plants, animals and nature.
When did we lose that bond with Mother Nature? Have we forgotten that nobody else is coming to our rescue?
A quick disclaimer, I really don't know how to describe our today’s guest, or even brief you about this episode.
Today is about – the realms of life, evolution, and the interconnectedness of our existence on this planet.
Today is about looking in the past to become better future humans.
In a world that often demands measurable answers, our guest reminds us that there's more to reality than what meets the eye.
We have with us Dr Elisabet Sahtouris, who is an internationally known evolution biologist, futurist, author and consultant on Living Systems Design.
By the end of this episode, you may find yourself questioning your place in the grand patchwork of the universe and the impact of our actions on the future of humanity.
So stay tuned and enjoy the show.

Take a moment to think about the ideas of masculinity you have grown up with. How do they affect your life and the men around you?
Our guest today comes with a mission to break down these norms. Jindy Mann everyone. A coach and mentor. And facilitator who works with men to help them discover and express their authentic masculinity.
This conversation is for everyone, not just men. Help this episode reach the right people by leaving a rating and a review on either Spotify or Apple Podcasts. Every share counts. Every like counts.
In this episode, we explore Jindy's life, dented by the loss of his father at a tender age, and how it shaped his perception of what it means to be a man in a dual-patriarchal world.
As you listen, think about the assumptions you've carried about your own masculinity or that of the men around you. What does it truly mean to be a man in today's world, and how can we redefine those notions for a more fulfilling life?
We humans are complex and messy creatures. We crave certainty in the form of patterns and neatly defined categories just to make sense of this world. And change is a threat to that.
If you're already living by the definitions of others, how would you define life for yourself?
Jindy's story is another inspiring example where individuals have boldly navigated the turbulent waters to reach their true potential and to be their authentic selves.
(00:00:00) - Introduction
Gaurav and Jindy introduce themselves and set the stage for their conversation about identity.
(00:03:10) - Dual Identity and Cultural Confusion

[00:04:36] - Identity Conflict in Germany
Jindy shares his experience of living in Germany and how it has further shaped his identity.

Are visionaries born?
Are they built?
Can any everyday Joe or Jane become a visionary?
That's the curveball I throw Justin right off the bat. His answer? Well, Justin's got a thing or two to say about that.
Justin is not your typical PR guy. He is a visionary who sees things differently and helps others do the same. He has a knack for finding and telling stories that resonate with the media and the masses. He has worked with some of the most influential people in the world, from billionaires to celebrities to world changers.
He's not talking about the Steve Jobs and Richard Bransons of the world – he's tipping his hat to folks who are the unsung heroes who redefine what it means to chase a vision.
And if I have you here, please take a moment to follow this podcast on Apple or Spotify. As I always say I love reading your reviews. So please drop a feedback, a rating and review. Anything that helps us become better.
So yeah, back to Justin! Can we really label everyone who follows a vision as a visionary? I mean, doesn't that water down the term?
Well for all those questions we have Justin here.

Not all stories are true.
Not all stories are helpful. Not all stories are healthy.
Some stories are distorted, some stories are incomplete, some stories are harmful. Some stories are holding us back, some stories are hurting us, some stories are killing us.
In this episode, Raj Sisodia and I confront the stories that we have been telling ourselves about life and work. He reveals the traumas that he have experienced and inherited, and how it shaped his choices and actions.
He does not do this to indulge in self-pity or to blame others. He did this to heal himself and to heal others. He did this to create a new story, a story of compassion and wisdom, a story of purpose and meaning, a story of hope and joy.
This episode is not for the faint of heart.
It is for those who dare to look at themselves and the world with honesty and courage. It is for those who want to make a difference, not only in business, but in life.
This episode is for you.

The OG Rags To Riches Story of Greg Beebe!
Today, I want to take you on a journey of discovery, of wonder, of curiosity.
I want to show you how ordinary people can do extraordinary things, how they can overcome adversity, find meaning, and inspire others. I want to ask them not only what happened, but how it felt.
My guest today is Greg, a man who has lived many lives in one. He was born in a poor neighbourhood in Hartford, Connecticut, which is one of the three poorest cities in the state. Where he had no prospects, no role models, no future. He was the first in his family to finish high school, let alone go to college.
Beebe went on to join Sennheiser in 1992 at their Hartford headquarters and has been with the company ever since. Presently he is the Executive Vice President at Sennheiser.
Greg showed us that nothing is impossible with faith, hard work, and a good heart. He showed us that we can change our lives and the world, one conversation at a time. He showed us that we can be grateful and generous, humble and hopeful.
I hope you enjoyed our conversation as much as I did. I hope you learned something from his story, from his struggles and successes, from his insights and advice. I hope you felt something from his honesty and grace.
