How grateful are you to be in the moment? Being grateful goes far beyond saying thank you. It is a choice and so is happiness. On this episode of The xMonks Drive Podcast, our guest Chris Palmore unravels all this Thanksgiving.
Chris Palmore is a gratitude conductor, coach, creator, and author. He is the founder of GratitudeSpace and a host on GratitudeSpace Radio. He has a Media And Performing Arts Degree and a minor in Video and Broadcasting from Savannah College of Art and Design and is a proud member of The International Alliance of Theater and Stage Employees (I.A.T.S.E.). He lives with his wife, Rocío, in Louisville, KY.
Chris traveled to different states and countries looking for people who were willing to share what they were grateful for. He interviewed many, young and old, rich and poor, sick and healthy, male and female, from all walks of life and posted the videos of these interviews on his website and on different social media platforms. He met a lot of interesting people in the process, and the more he got involved in his quest for gratitude stories, the more determined he became to share these experiences with others.
