The Xtra Time Podcast by Xavier Sanchez welcomes Jason Maholy to the show for its tenth episode. 

The two crossed paths thanks longtime Chicago area journalist Jeff Vorva. Shortly after, Sanchez began writing for Southwest Regional Publishing where Maholy was the sports editor at the time.

Despite Maholy's departure, the two do stay in touch.
