She is now the chair of the innovative think-tank New Local, the Chair of Bolton NHS Foundation Trust, a Non Executive Adviser to Birmingham City Council, and an Integrated Care System Advisor to NHS England.

Charlotte Waite was the Director of Transformation and Systems Change at Platfform at the time of recording. She has worked for several years in the social care and supported housing sectors initially beginning as a practitioner before moving into more senior roles.

Platfform is a registered charity with over 30 years of experience in mental health. Plattform works with people who are experiencing challenges with their mental health, and with communities who want to create a greater sense of connection, ownership and wellbeing in the places that they live.
