These "workshops" are spreads meant to give insight into the past month, as well as guidance for the next. I came up with these spreads to cover areas like love, looking at your shadow, anger, your spiritual progress, etc. I also had self development in mind and if any messages really push you towards professional therapy, please seek it!
Important to note: Realizing that you can sometimes be the aggressor does not make you a bad person! You can lash out to defend yourself, from insecurity, from a variety of factors. It is acknowledging other's pain and actively continuing to change that sets you apart.
Where are your insecurities painting fear and stagnation as fact? This internal obstacle may be leading you closer to burnout than the external situation. Take progress one day at a time.
Don't fault yourself for not being able to change a situation that's out of your control. You feel like you can't move, but it's not because you couldn't step up. Life happens and sometimes all we can do is adapt. Consider the options before you and carefully decide what's in your best interest. Or put it all down for the moment. Concentrate on surviving.
