This week after a post-classics hiatus, the guys get into America's Grand Tour and a small race in Italy. There's an update on the endof Speed Week and what's coming in USA Crits. Trash or Panache is back, along with some exciting local race news and all the usual nonsense. 'Buon Appetito!', as they say in California.
